Patrick S. Tittle is a graduate of Herbert H. Lehman College, Bronx, New York, where he received his Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree (with honors) in Political Science in 1991.  He is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Law, Cleveland, Ohio, where he received his Juris Doctor (JD) degree in 1994.  He is admitted to practice in the State of New York, State of New Jersey, US District Court for the Southern District of New York, US District Court for the Eastern District of New York, US District Court of New Jersey, US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
